Mr Wilfred Bhekisizwe Ngcobo

Head of Business Development - Inkolo Connect

Mr. Wilfred Bhekisizwe Ngcobo is a seasoned leader with a strong foundation in engineering, community development, church advisory, and executive business management. Born in the Peaceville Mission of the Church of the Holy Ghost in KwaZulu-Natal, his journey is deeply rooted in faith, community, and service.

He holds a Diploma in Engineering and Instrumentation and began his career at Unilever South Africa through the Unilever Youth Bursary Initiative. He later held senior leadership roles, including Financial Director of Flying Time Carriers and Managing Director of Imdh Group Transhex, where he led large-scale maritime and industrial operations across South Africa and Namibia—creating employment for over 300 young people.

Mr. Ngcobo has an extensive record in public and community leadership, having served as Chairperson of Ward 43 and the INK region (Inanda, Ntuzuma, KwaMashu), founding Chairperson of the INK Community Policing Forum, and Founding Chairperson of Inanda Community Radio (88.4 FM), where he successfully engaged ICASA to secure a broadcasting license.

He comes from a respected church lineage, with both his grandfather, Rev. S. Ngcobo, and father, Rev. R.B. Ngcobo, ordained within the Church of the Holy Ghost, contributing to both spiritual leadership and church business development. Mr. Ngcobo has also been actively involved in church expansion and advisory, including identifying new church sites and supporting church operations.

Currently, at Inkolo Connect, he leads business development and church partnerships, supporting churches in strengthening transparency, governance, and structured growth. Through the Duranki digital platform, he helps unify church systems, finances, and community-driven services—ensuring churches are prepared for the future while maintaining full leadership autonomy.

Olwethu Ngcobo

Operations Manager- Inkolo Connect

Olwethu is an operations-focused leader with a strong foundation in entrepreneurship, youth development, and church engagement. Rooted in a heritage of leadership, community, and faith, he brings a practical and execution-driven approach to organisational growth.

Born in Ntuzuma, KwaZulu-Natal, he pursued studies in Fashion Design and went on to found and lead brands such as Rich Kids Brand and Icon Clothing, delivering youth-focused initiatives and fashion events across South Africa.

With international exposure in youth sport and active involvement in church development, Olwethu plays a key role at Inkolo Connect, driving operational execution and enabling structured, scalable growth through the Duranki platform.
